Steve entered the real estate business at a young age. He bought his first house at 17; with his fathers help, he renovated it and sold it at more than twice the purchase price. Using the proceeds from that sale, he bought a two flat, renovated it and lived in it until he graduated from college when he sold it for twice what he paid. He attended graduate school earning a PhD in Egyptology.
