About
Broker principal and creative director, began as a developer/investor in Boston in 1978-1979 when she secured a HUD-312 loan to convert an abandoned ex- fraternity house from Northeastern University into a three family home. The Fenway neighborhood in Boston, at that time, had been ravaged by an "arson for hire" scheme. She was one of the first to invest in the rebuilding of a neighborhood that is now vibrant. A graphic designer and filmmaker, poet and writer as well as a real estate investor, she moved to Chicago in 1988, where she began to market and sell real estate. As well as listing and selling, Margie directs the photography, graphic design, signage and brochures for MetroPro. When not working, she can be found dancing...from swing to Argentinian Tango...all over town.
